Careful Tenant Selection and Screening, Lease Preparation and Collection of Bond.

Condition Reports and 6 Monthly inspections – the first after 6 weeks when a new tenant goes in.

Maintenance, monitoring the rent is paid on time, rent reviews each year, upgrade and interior design advice and bill paying

We review the rents yearly, offer upgrade suggestions and interior design advice to maximise your most precious asset.

Sharing what is special about your home

We understand how important visuals are to attract tenants. We work hard on this with our in-house graphic designer and tweak our websites throughout the campaign to make sure we get as much interest as we can from tenants. Signboards, prominent office location with digital billboard, 3 websites and a large database are part of our service.

 

Experience, checklists and a good nose

We have experienced property managers with more than 25 years working knowledge,  we have honed our checklists and systems to make sure we are very thorough, but nothing beats our years of experience – which means we have a great nose for who will and won’t make a good tenant!

Helping you hit goals

We have an optional service to oversee renovations or upgrades, so if you’re away or too busy let us share the load. We oversee maintenance and repairs as part of our management fees but if you have a major project in mind let us assist. We can offer advice on the best way to spend your money for maximum effect.

The little extras

One of the hardest things is keeping track of important letters or bills. Our mail service is perfect for expats or when you’re travelling – redirect mail to us and we can scan and send on by email to you or pay. Little extras help to make life streamlined!
